Vice President Dick Cheney will be at the border of Georgia and Tennessee today.

U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney will speak in North Georgia today. He will be the guest of honor at the 145th Battle of Chickamauga opening ceremony Friday in Walker County.

Cheney will offer his own personal recollections of the war as well.  Ok, I made that last part up.
