There's no question that Google is a very PC company, and I'm not talking "Personal Computer". When China complains about Google, they knuckle under. Ask Michelle Malkin how many of Hot Air's videos have been removed because they were critical of Islam while videos that treat Christianity far worse are allowed to remain.
Well, it seems that Google plans to introduce another weapon into their crusade, Adsense. From their official Adsense blog, reminding people of videos and content on pages that serve Adsense ads and the type of content that violates their policies:
Culturally insensitive or hate speech: Includes content promoting racial intolerance or advocating against a specific individual, group, or organization.
That pretty much allows them to kick anyone out of Adsense they disagree with, doesn't it? Let's see... I advocate against Democrats and that's a group. Specifically against Hillary Clinton and a few others. I could list other potential problems, but you see where this is going, right?
Culturally insensitive? Merriam-Webster defines the word insensitive as "lacking feeling or tact" so basically, anything critical of anyone else's culture is forbidden. It's a cultural norm for middle-eastern Muslims to kill gays. They also advocate wife-beating. Technically, Google is saying that if you don't respectfully and sensitively criticize them, they'll take your revenue away.
Don't post any of the Dutch cartoons that made fun of Muhammed! Don't criticize the fact that Islam is not only a state religion but is the actual law in some countries!
And whatever you do, don't criticize the Chinese government! It doesn't matter how many political prisoners they have, how many Christians they kill or how many missiles they are preparing to fire at Japan if they are just given a chance.
Google needs to change their motto from "Don't be evil" to "Don't make anyone mad!"
